Frequently Asked Questions  

​How Do I Place An Order?​ 

Select your products, size and color and add them to your cart!  When your done, simply proceed with the checkout and we will then contact you for payment and pick-up.

 

What if an item is out of stock, or I need a larger quantity?

Most items can be reordered, and delivery generally takes 2-3 weeks.  Please email us at hrshockeyshop@gmail.com.



 

Payment & Shipping 

To keep costs low by avoiding credit card and shipping fees, only cash, interact (to hrshockeyshop@gmail.com) and check payments will be accepted.  Once your order is ready, we will contact you to organize a delivery date. Payment in full must be made at delivery to receive your articles.  Failure to show on determined delivery date or to make payment in full will automatically cancel your order. 



Exchanges & Refunds 

Exchanges can be made if the article is unused and unwashed within 15 days of delivery.  Contact us at hrshockeyshop@gmail.com with your original order number (required).  No refunds or credits will be issued.  All liquidation, personnalized products or special orders are final sales.

Can I make a special order?

For some items, personnalization may be available at extra cost.  We can also contact our supplier to see if they could provide an article not listed that you would like.  Any of these items provided are final sales.
